Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 16, 2026. Review how we secure, process, and protect your business and client details.

1. Introduction

At Nexodo ("we," "our," or "us"), we operate local reputation management systems, hardware QR stands, NFC pass cards, and the AI review generation dashboard. We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our subscriber businesses ("Merchants") and their end-user customers ("Reviewers").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, share, and protect information when you visit our website, scan a Merchant's QR code or NFC card, submit feedback, or use our dashboard services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to facilitate review drafts generation and display analytics to business owners:

  • Reviewer Information: If submitted in our feedback forms, we collect customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, star ratings, and custom open-text responses.
  • Merchant Account Info: Full name, company name, billing details, custom dashboard settings, and feedback log records.
  • Device & Log Data: Scanning devices' browser types, operating systems, and anonymous scan counts to generate scan analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process data primarily to deliver our core services:

  • To compile customer ratings and comments into AI-generated Google review drafts.
  • To populate individual Merchant feedback dashboards, allowing sentiment logging and contact management.
  • To monitor scan volumes and system health.
  • To comply with regulatory rules and safeguard our platform from fraud.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell Merchant or Reviewer data. We share data only in the following scenarios:

  • With the specific Merchant whose QR code or NFC card was scanned, to display logs.
  • With Google, solely via redirect actions initiated by the user to publish reviews.
  • With cloud hosting providers and database processors under strict security protocols.

5. Security

We utilize production-grade Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption in transit and secure database storage protocols at rest. However, no database transmission is 100% secure. We encourage both Merchants and Reviewers to safeguard access credentials.
